О себе
Margot Racat holds a PhD in Marketing from University Jean Moulin Lyon 3. She is Associate Professor of Marketing at IDRAC Business School, France. Her research interest includes knowledge acquisition and information processing via the human senses and within computer-mediated environments. Her work ranges on issues related to sensory influence in marketing contexts (e.g. online shopping, customer experience), entrepreneurial decision making in extreme contexts, and individuals' behaviour in the digital era. She publishes in international conferences (Academy of Marketing Science, European Marketing Academy, etc.), books (Palgrave MacMillan), and articles in peer-reviewed journals ( Technological Forecasting & Social Change, Journal of Service Marketing, Management International, Journal of Interactive Marketing, etc.).
