The intestinal microflora of broiler chickens and laying hens was studied against the background of diets of various chemical and physical structures. The microflora of compound feeds and places of keeping poultry was studied. Dependencies between the composition of the intestinal microbiota of broilers and laying hens and the introduction of feed additives and feed components into the poultry diet have been revealed.
Methods have been developed for assessing the microbiota of the poultry intestine using molecular genetic approaches (based on NGS and real-time PCR).
The content of the main groups of mycotoxins in the herbage of forage crops, in silage and haylage was studied. The relationships between the content of mycotoxins and the microbiota of grass stand and silage were studied.
Based on promising strains and materials, new feed additives were developed - sorbents of mycotoxins, phytobiotics, probiotics with the function of biotransformation of toxins.
The foundations of the technology for replacing feed antibiotics in the diets of poultry and pigs have been created.
Исследована микрофлора кишечника цыплят-бройлеров и кур-несушек на фоне рационов питания различной химической и физической структуры. Проведено изучение микрофлоры комбикормов и мест содержания сельскохозяйственной птицы. Выявлены зависимости между составом микробиоты кишечника бройлеров и кур несушек, и вводом в рацион птицы кормовых добавок и компонентов кормов.
Разработаны методики проведения оценки микробиоты кишечника птицы с применением молекулярно -генетических подходов (на основе NGS и ПЦР в реальном времени).
Изучено содержание основных групп микотоксинов в травостое кормовых культур, в силосе и сенаже. Изучены взаимосвязи между содержанием микотоксинов и микробиотой травостоя и силоса.
Разработаны на основе перспективных штаммов и материалов новые кормовые добавки – сорбенты микотоксинов, фитобиотики, пробиотики с функцией биотрансформации токсинов.
Созданы основы технологии замены кормовых антибиотиков в рационах сельскохозяйственной птицы и свиней.
