  Dr. Mostafa Gouda is Professor (Assoc./Adjun.) of "Nutritional Biochemistry", National Research Center, Egypt & "Biosystems Advances" at Zhejiang University, China. He has many scientific collaborations with several international high ranked Universities such as Zhejiang University (China), Wright State University (USA), Huazhong A. University (China), Joint Institute For Nuclear Research (Russia), East Carolina University (USA), Tokyo University (Japan), Ottawa University (Canada), Baylor College of Medicine (USA), and Otago University (New Zealand). His major research interests include Phytochemistry, Physical chemistry, Molecular Biology, Nanotechnology, Electrochemistry, Microalgae research, Functional foods, Nutrigenomics, Food science, Nutrition, and Pharmaceutical science.
